Umgeni Retail Group announced the appointment of a new chief financial officer, effective 1 November, in a notice to shareholders published on Tuesday.
The company said the incoming CFO joins from a listed consumer goods group where they held a senior finance role. The outgoing CFO will remain available in an advisory capacity until the end of the financial year, according to the notice.
