How we work
We monitor JSE SENS announcements, regulator and government releases, company statements and the wires continuously. Every story is attributed to its source, has to pass fixed rules before it publishes, and is checked again by an editor afterwards. Errors that get through are corrected and recorded on our corrections page.

Business News South Africa is run as a small, accountable operation rather than a large newsroom: one editor is responsible for what runs on this site. We would rather stay small and correct than pad a masthead with names for the sake of having one.
