Kena Outdoor says its new digital screen on Sandton Drive is now live, according to a press release the company issued through Bizcommunity on 9 October. The details below are the company’s own, and this is advertising inventory it is selling to brands.
What the company says about the screen
The illuminated screen measures 4m high by 12m wide and sits in Parkmore, on a route linking Sandton’s CBD with surrounding suburbs, on the driver’s left along the viewing approach. It carries 15-second advertising placements within a 2.5-minute loop.
Kena Outdoor describes the audience as higher-income private-vehicle motorists and commuters aged 35 to 49, and says the site suits automotive, financial services, property, travel, retail and technology campaigns. It adds that quick-service restaurants, education and wellness brands could also use the location. The release gives no audience counts or pricing.
“On Sandton Drive, business, retail and residential movement come together along a route people use every day,” said Daniel Loti, head of development and infrastructure at Kena Outdoor. He called bringing the screen into operation a proud milestone for his team, and said it gives the sales team a new opportunity to help brands build a presence that fits the location and audience.
The launch also advances the company’s “From Inventory to Influence” positioning, which it describes as bringing audience understanding into how outdoor advertising is presented to clients. Kena Outdoor calls itself a South African out-of-home media owner with more than two decades of experience, whose digital and static network spans roads, commuter environments, retail routes and landmark locations. Brands and agencies are invited to contact its sales team about availability.
